This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information by SubHero (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) in connection with the SubHero mobile application (“Application”). By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

2.1 Account Information

The Company collects and processes the following categories of personal information:

• Email addresses of coaches and account holders
• Team-related information
• Player names and related team management data

2.2 Data Storage Mechanisms

The Company employs both local device storage and secure cloud infrastructure for data retention:

• Coach email addresses are stored both locally and in cloud storage
• Player names are currently stored exclusively on local devices
• Future iterations may implement cloud synchronization capabilities

3. USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

The Company processes collected information for the following authorized purposes:

• Providing and maintaining the Application’s core functionality
• Facilitating account authentication and security measures
• Enabling team management and player rotation services
• Addressing customer support inquiries and account-related communications

4. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY PROTECTION

4.1 Compliance with Children’s Privacy Laws

The Application is designed exclusively for use by coaches and adult team managers. While the Application may store player names as entered by authorized adult users, the Company does not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under the age of 13.

4.2 Best Practices

The Company strongly recommends that coaches utilize only first names or appropriate nicknames when entering player information into the Application.

5. THIRD-PARTY SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

The Company maintains a strict policy against selling, trading, or sharing personal information with third parties. Future implementation of analytics tools or similar services will be preceded by appropriate Policy updates and notifications.

6. COMMUNICATIONS

6.1 Current Practices

The Company currently limits communications to account-related and support matters.

6.2 Future Communications

Implementation of marketing communications or notification systems may occur in future releases. Such features will include appropriate opt-out mechanisms in compliance with applicable laws.

7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION RIGHTS

7.1 Retention Period

The Company retains personal information for the duration of the account’s active status.

7.2 Deletion Requests

Account holders may request complete deletion of their account and associated data by submitting a written request to [email protected]. The Company shall process such requests within thirty (30) days of receipt.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Application or via email notification. Continued use of the Application following such notifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.

9. TERRITORIAL SCOPE

This Application is intended primarily for use within the United States. All data collection, processing, and storage practices comply with applicable United States laws and regulations.
